Fix the product pages losing you the sale
Paste your product URLs. Every page comes back scored, with the specific faults named. The audit costs nothing — you pay only for the rewrites you ask for.
Audit the store without installing anything
Shopify publishes structured product data on every product page, so Recast reads the real title, description, bullets and specifications straight from the URL. No app, no permissions, no access to your admin.
See the whole catalogue before you spend a penny
Up to 40 product URLs at a time, each scored out of 100 with the faults listed — missing bullets, unanswered buyer questions, marketing phrases with no figure behind them, sizing and materials nowhere on the page.
Put the copy back the way you already do it
Rewritten rows export as CSV with the URL, SKU, title, description and bullets — straight into Shopify's own product importer or whatever you use for bulk edits.
The parts that do the work.
A score for every page
Each product page scored out of 100 against bullets, buyer questions, concrete claims and the objections that cause returns. Free, and up to 40 URLs a run.
Findings, not a verdict
Every score comes with the faults behind it, so you can fix a page by hand if you would rather.
Rewritten from what is there
The rewrite works from the title, description, bullets and specifications already on the page. Your facts, better arranged.
Never worse than it was
A rewrite that does not beat the original score is discarded and the credits returned. The number is the thing we sell, so it is not allowed to go down.
Nothing invented
Every figure must appear in the source. A draft that adds a measurement, a material or a certification is thrown away rather than shown to you.
Only what you pick
Charged per product, and only for the rows you tick. Four hundred products does not mean paying for four hundred.
Shopify stores, answered.
Not yet, and we would rather say so than imply a button exists. You paste product URLs and export a CSV, which works with Shopify's own importer and with every other platform as well.
Shopify emits schema.org product data on every product page, because Google's rich results require it. Recast reads that — the same information already public on your storefront.
No, and it is enforced rather than requested. Every number in a rewrite is checked against the source and a draft containing one that is not there is discarded and the credits returned.
They score badly and the tool refuses to rewrite them. With nothing to work from every sentence would be invented — add a few facts and run it again.
Each product URL is treated as one product. Variants that share a description are one row; variants with genuinely different copy are separate URLs and separate rows.
Same workspace, different job.
Start with something you have already made.
A recording, a link or a transcript. It comes back as a draft you can read, edit and publish — on your brand kit, in your words.
